Must Haves: Experience working on projects supporting Retirement Plans preferably for a Wealth Management or Financial Services client, Jira and Rally
Details:

Detailed understanding and knowledge of the retirement industry, as well as detailed understanding and knowledge of business operations, processes, and procedures. Ability to utilize that knowledge to inform trade-off decisions, identify edge-cases and scenarios that need to be defined for the scrum team, and aid in troubleshooting. Strong documentation organization skills. Ability to strategize what documentation to create for a scenario. Ability to gather information from multiple sources and document it in a way that is clearly understood by a cross-functional group of partners and stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills. Effective communicator, able to bridge knowledge and requirements gaps amongst teams. A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to dig into complex details to figure out how each piece of functionality works, including the business logic required to support the functionality. Analytical Skills: Ability to guide others as a functional subject matter expert and to use deep analytical experience to propose best path forward Strong collaborator ability to build effective partnerships with business, digital, and technology partners and stakeholders. Possess the ability to maintain focus and drive results in all business cycles and environments.
