6+ years experience as a Business Analyst

Required Skills/Experience
· Worked in production support and small project environments.
· This is a 24/7/365 operation and when production support requests come in, the BA completes initial requirements gathering prior to submitting to the development team.
· Can manage multiple activities (ie more than one project at a time).
· Experience in financials/banking/credit card processing business. Applications support our retailers credit/debit card processing and settlement.
