Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing and implementing efficient and effective systems solutions, and providing application usage guidance and support to the development team. The ideal candidate will have lead system instructions with business users insurance preferably MGA background.
Responsibilities:- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system requirements or design documents.
- Develop job aids or manuals for end users.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Participate in project planning and estimation and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams, specifically on Vertafore AIM and ImageRight.
- Be responsible for maintaining core master data and accounting setup for Vertafore AIM.
- Be responsible to resolve issues related to application raised by the end users via our ticketing systems.
Required:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer and system problems.
- Ability to communicate technical guidance and instructions to non technical business user on the use of the application systems.
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
