**Summary**
The Business Systems Analyst (OneStream) provides day to day global support to end-users of our financial reporting, consolidation, and planning platform to ensure data collected drives timely and accurate reporting for our internal and external requirements as well as to meet US GAAP and SOX standards. This position will participate in designing, training, ensuring performance and optimization while rolling out ongoing improvements and enhancements to our application to simplify and streamline financial reporting, planning and forecasting.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Business Systems Analyst (OneStream), you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the OneStream platform while supporting the company's financial reporting and consolidation processes. Responsibilities include:
+ Application Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the OneStream application, handling entity hierarchies, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views.
+ Report Development: Create and maintain financial reports using OneStream Cube Views, Excel Add-ins, and other tools to meet the needs of Accounting and Finance teams.
+ User Support and Training: Educate and train end-users on system functionalities and updates, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the platform.
+ Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues and maintain data integrity within the OneStream application.
+ System Enhancements: Work with implementation partners to test and apply system upgrades, enhancements, and marketplace solutions.
+ Consolidations and Forecasting: Support monthly financial consolidations, reporting cycles, and forecasting processes while maintaining accurate metadata hierarchies, rules, and calculations.
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting workflows by partnering with corporate and business unit stakeholders.
+ Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact for OneStream support, escalating issues and advocating for product enhancements as needed.
+ Backup Resource: Step in as a backup for the Application Manager when necessary.
**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher; degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred but not required.
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream or other financial reporting / consolidation software.
+ Experience in OneStream Implementation and Support for Finance Teams.
+ Experience working for a US public company preferred.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and solve complex problems.
