Business Systems Analyst at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract job with a client in Waltham, MA. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of business systems analysis experience, with a strong focus on data and analytics.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Systems Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Create technical business and data requirements in collaboration with business SMEs and development teams.

• Analyze business use cases and data definitions to ensure clarity and accuracy in data requirements.

• Participate in system and user testing to validate new data platforms.

• Support the creation and updates of reports and dashboards with the business analytics team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in business systems analysis.

• Strong experience in data modeling, data lifecycle, and system integration (ETL/ELT).

• Experience working in the utilities industry (preferred).

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Snowflake, and modern data tools.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
