Facets Business Systems Analyst
This can be: “Right to Hire” or “Straight” contract.
Terms: 

• For “Right to Hire”: 6-12 months (then conversion to full time employment).
• For contracting: 12 months +.

Location:  Local candidates are preferred. Read below ↓.

• Newark, NJ; people within commuting distance will be expected in the office once a week.
• Anyone living in in these states: “NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE or DC”, outside of the normal 50 mile commutable distance can be remote with a possibility of coming to the office once a month.

 
The role requires a BSA with a somewhat technical background who can act as a Liaison between business and technical teams.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are met
• Possess a good Facets background or ability to be able to quickly learn the Facets application
• Experience with Healthcare and claims processing in general

 
Responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Act a liaison between business and technical teams
• Gather and document requirements as needed as well as participate in building solutions to meet requirements
• Participate in production support as needed

Required:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated
• Intermediate SQL knowledge
• Strong Facets or Healthcare (Eligibility / Provider /Claims) background
• Lead experience would be a plus
