Summary:
Huntington Bank is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), dedicated to ensuring quality data across the enterprise. In this role you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring quality data across the Enterprise. This team will be responsible for building data integrity controls to support critical business processes. As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with multiple business and technology teams across the Enterprise to understand their control needs relative to the Data Integration Standard and support the vendor in creating documentation for the controls. Key EDW technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Mainframe, Infogix and Data360.

This role is a hybrid position, in the office at least 3 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner and team members.
+ Prioritize and sequence scope for the vendor SOW, while coordinating across application teams.
+ Coordinate with the Platform Administration team and impacted application teams for control build, warranty support and a build to run transition.
+ Create standards and best practices for control documentation. Communicate standards and ensure compliance.
+ Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
+ Participate in the identification, quantification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment.
+ 5+ years experience creating source to target mappings.
+ 1+ years of experience using SQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
+ Strong data mapping experience creating source to target mappings.
+ Detail oriented and highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.
+ Experience in financial services (banking) industry.
+ Experience with data governance and data management approaches, including data quality.
+ Experience with building data integrity controls using custom build or vendor packages (Infogix, Data360, etc).
+ Experience in data modeling activities in Erwin or other modeling tools
