Responsibilities:
- Analyze, adjust, and restructure various business aspects for optimal efficiency.
- Work closely with all levels of employees to identify inefficiencies and provide constructive criticism.
- Identify and address current and future business needs while advising on resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate systems, provide ongoing support, and address concerns during restructuring.
Skills:
- Create and maintain accurate finance data dictionaries.
- Establish relationships across finance for technical and business understanding.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in SQL (preference for Databricks), and familiarity with finance-related data
- Expertise in Gsuite, including gsheet, qword, and gslides.
- Familiarity with QuickSight, Qliksense, and Python would be a plus
