Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid at ConsultUSA

Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Experience with Agile
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with all stakeholders across multiple departments
• Experience with Jira is a plus 

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from business units and translating those to programmers and developers
• Providing consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results
• Conferring with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
• Coordinating and linking the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared
