Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of critical business systems, with a focus on ERP administration, database connectivity, and EDI integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, data management, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• ERP Administration:
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
• Configure and maintain master data (e.g., customers, vendors, items).
• Troubleshoot ERP system issues and provide end-user support.
• Implement and manage workflows and approvals within the ERP.
• Stay up to date on ERP software updates and releases.
• Support annual upgrade regression testing
• Database Connectivity:
• Craft basic SQL quires
• Understand ODATA feeds and how to utilize them
• Product Label Templates:
• Design, develop, and maintain product label templates.
• Ensure label compliance with regulatory requirements.
• EDI Initiatives:
• Support the implementation and maintenance of EDI solutions.
• Map and translate data between the ERP system and trading partners.
• Monitor EDI transactions and resolve errors.
• Stay informed about EDI standards and best practices.
• General Responsibilities:
• Document system configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on relevant systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP administration (Business Central is a plus).
• Strong understanding of database concepts and connectivity (SQL knowledge is beneficial).
• Experience with EDI mapping and integration (is a plus).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
