Title: Business Systems Analyst – Fixed Income
Location: Onsite within the Western Region
Description:
The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across various business areas to enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of core systems. This role supports the critical operations of the platform driving portfolio management and SMA business processes. By bridging business needs with technological solutions, the analyst will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and contribute to the success of the organization in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements and technology solutions.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Lead user acceptance testing by developing and executing test plans to validate system performance.
Provide end-user training and support, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and technologies.
Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate system adoption and utilization.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields, with a preference for fixed income experience.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, and user story creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven with excellent time management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay range: $70k-$100k/year
