*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX ( 2^nd preference : Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ)


Business Systems Analyst :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for retail lending applications focusing on credit cards and home loans
- Develop and document user stories following agile methodology
- Collaborate with product owners to define and refine requirements
- Document specifications using Confluence and JIRA

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience within financial services / lending ( credit cards, home loans / mortgages ) industry
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and API integration concepts
- Experience in agile methodologies and user story writing
- Salesforce certifications, SAFe Agile certifications
