Title: Business systems analyst - Corporate IT
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Systems Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that corporate systems meet organizational needs effectively. This role involves analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, while driving the implementation and enhancement of corporate software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for corporate systems, such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Design workflows and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support project managers in delivering system upgrades, implementations, and integrations on time and within scope.
System Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to validate system functionality against requirements.
- Ensure system changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.
Training and Support:
- Provide end-user training and develop user manuals, documentation, and support materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with corporate systems, escalating as needed.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in data migration, cleansing, and validation during system implementation.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in corporate systems or enterprise applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional).

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
