Business Systems Analyst - Lutron Electronics Co., Inc

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst on our Continuous Improvement Team at our Annex office located in Center Valley PA. In this position, you will transform requests from the Sales, Service, Marketing and other business units into actionable development tasks for the IT team to deploy on the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Service, Marketing and other businesses to work through requests for changes and enhancements on the Salesforce platform
• Communicate with internal and external team members regarding recent and upcoming Salesforce changes, helping to ensure that all users optimize the value of the Salesforce platform
• Leverage your problem solving, project management, and communication skills by working with key stakeholders and leaders to improve existing processes and deploy new capabilities; examples include Customer Service and Tech Support case management processes, customer surveys, and sales processes, among others
• Work directly with the IT team to ensure that platform enhancements and new capabilities align with business and quality requirements and add long-term value to the stakeholders
• Learn and document existing and future-state business processes
• Identify and define ways that the Salesforce platform process improvements can help improve efficiency and effectiveness in those processes
• Lead and drive platform projects to completion with measurable results

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience required; experience in a project management, continuous improvement, or information technology role is preferred
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements
• Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Salesforce plus the drive to obtain the Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
• Experience with software projects preferred
