About the Job
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements related to application access and security
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current access control processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Firewall Management: Apply your knowledge of firewall technologies to design and implement secure access solutions
- Solution Design: Develop and recommend role-based access models and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and firewalls
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, access policies, and project deliverables
- Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure the access solutions meet business needs and security standards
- Training: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and administrators on new access protocols and procedures
- Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proficiency in firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks)
- Familiarity with Active Directory or similar restrictive access tools
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data security and access control
- Experience in developing and implementing firewall security policies and procedures
- Process flow skills (SharePoint/Visio)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
