Business Systems Analyst Job Description
In this position, you will report to the VP of IT and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our application and information systems are aligned with current and future business requirements. As an analyst, you will identify and document business requirements, describe and diagram business processes, and then assist in the formulation, scoping and development of overall technical/business solution. The position requires significant analytical thinking and at times involves being able to take a broader perspective to question and challenge existing ways of doing things in order to develop the best overall solution. The business system analyst will be expected to obtain a deep business process knowledge of Clients' business-sales, service, operations, and finance. The candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all business end users, grasp both technical and business needs quickly and possess outstanding verbal, writing, presentation, and flow-charting skills.
You will partner closely with other members of the team including the CRM Administrator and Application Support Engineer.

Qualifications and Experience
- BA or BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- At least five years Business System Analyst experience
- Must possess ability to communicate and interact effectively at both technical and business level
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Must possess outstanding skills in use of flow charting software (Visio, Smart Draw etc.) and presentation software (Power Power etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments is highly desirable
- Must have experience working with CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales Force etc) and/or experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with data analysis and BI/Reporting Platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel Power Pivot a plus
