As a Permanent Business Systems Analyst in the fast-paced technology industry, you will play a key role in driving our company's strategic direction by analyzing and improving our business systems. This role requires a dynamic professional who can work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:

Analyze, evaluate, and improve business systems and processes to meet the changing needs of the organization.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to ensure that the business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
Develop and implement new systems or modify existing ones, ensuring they meet business objectives and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Utilize SQL for data analysis and report generation to support business decision-making.
Lead or participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for various projects and proposals.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of business systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in business systems analysis and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, project management, SQL, software development, programming, and business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Solid understanding of business processes and system development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
