Job Summary/Company: The Business Systems Analyst reviews and evaluates user needs to develop systems that align with business strategies. This role involves documenting system requirements, defining objectives, and facilitating the implementation of systems while acting as a bridge between IT and business users. The ideal candidate has both business and technical expertise to drive the success of IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs to create systems solutions and develop Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents for system development.
- Oversee project management, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of system updates and implementation of new functionalities.
- Conduct customer acceptance testing (CAT), including creating and updating test scripts, performing validation, and documenting testing outcomes.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development, with preferred knowledge of Mail.DAT, Mail.XML specifications.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
- Proficiency in database tools and analytics, such as Oracle SQL or Teradata, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
