REQUIREMENT DETAILS
What You Will Do:

Document functional/technical specifications for application enhancements
Communicate design to both business and development/QA in a clear and comprehensive manner
Work with development and QA teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure that the end product meets the business needs and expectations
Negotiate plans, timelines and trade-offs while ensuring end project meets the business expectations
Provide application support, researching issues and answering questions from the users
Release management - request approvals for release installs and coordinate release install plan

Skills and Experience Needed
Technical Experience:

5+ years of System Analyst / Business Analyst experience
Strong Business Analyst skills
Broad SDLC experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum software methodologies
Strong SQL and relational database skills
Salesforce experience (implementation experience most important)
Strong Understanding of Salesforce Service Module (Call Center)

Non-technical Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able effectively present information to audiences with various levels of technical understanding with the ability to drive the conversation
Technical writing skills - Ability to write User Stories / Features / Epics and Acceptance Criteria from an Agile Methodology perspective
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to necessary timelines
Desired Skills:
Experience in PBM/healthcare
Prior development experience (.NET or Salesforce desired)
Hands-on enterprise application or system design experience
