Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business System Analyst and Project Coordinator with Salesforce experience to join our team. This dual-role professional will be responsible for analyzing business processes, coordinating projects, and implementing Salesforce solutions to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives in the medical device or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, project management, and an in-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and its applications in healthcare.

Business System Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Design and document business processes and data flows, ensuring they align with the company's operational goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the use of Salesforce and other software systems to optimize business processes.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet user requirements and business needs.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules; monitor progress and manage risks to mitigate delays or roadblocks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, sales, and regulatory departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct status meetings and prepare project documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in user training and support as needed, creating user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business system analysis and project coordination within a healthcare or medical device company, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Salesforce.
- Proven track record of working on Salesforce projects, including custom development, data integration, and user management.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to map and analyze business processes and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA regulations) is a plus.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification.
Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, and scanners.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with co-workers
- Will conduct most work from a seated position in front of a computer
- This position may require travel up to 20%, depending upon business needs

Salary Range
$90,000 - $150,000
