About the Job
Summary:
- Mid- level position requiring full knowledge and substantial understanding of HR process and procedures.
- Must possess demonstrated skills in PC applications, involving new/emerging tech-nologies such applicant tracking systems, intranet/internet, and Human Resources programs specific to the function.
- Supports the functional objectives of assigned department or team by performing a variety of activities in support of the overall processes, programs, and/or services.
- Tasks may include supporting department projects, compiling and analyzing data, creating re-ports, and providing information function specific policies and procedures.
- Frequent engage-ment with members of P&O as well as candidates outside the organization; requiring some ex-planation or interpretation.
Responsibilities:
- Compressing and uploading new hire documents and preparing tickets in Service Now
- Auditing external and internal new hire paperwork
- Pulling down onboarding documents in support of new hire preparation
- Assist with final push communications utilizing ATS in preparation for large hiring classes
- I-9 preparation and audits (Section1)
- Categorize inbox
- PHV – Initiating Backgrounds
- Renaming documents
Requirements:
- 2-4 years administrative, HR, or related experience
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to audit
- Prior recruiting or HR operations and new hire onboarding experience required
Must haves:
- 4 years’ experience
- Minimum of 2 years Recruiting or HR onboarding experience.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
