Position Overview
Business Solutions Specialist are responsible for being the first point of contact for our potential clients through our online portal. In this position you will consult with first-time business owners in offering custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal
- Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers while following our proven revenue producing scripting
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
Awesome benefits include:
- $20.00 an hour Base + Bonuses + Commissions (Top Consultants earn between $50,000 & $70,000 annually)

Qualifications:
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills and computer skills
- Experience using CRM systems and ability to type
- At least one year in a sales role where you are "closing the sale"
- Ability to read and speak to a script
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
