Reporting to the Vice President, AS Brands, the Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining systems and infrastructure. The incumbent is responsible for providing technical expertise and participating in or overseeing a variety of analytical and technical assignments, problems diagnosis and solutions, documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance on a variety of software and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment. This position will collaborate with our teams to ensure the smooth operation of our technology software and programs.

What you will do
- Configures, maintains, and upgrades software and programs while optimizing the software to make workflows more efficient.
- Creates and modifies roles to control access to sensitive business data.
- Provides technical support. Troubleshoots issues and keeps customizations up to date.
- Monitors usage and system performance, troubleshoots issues as they arise.
- Facilitates system adoption. Trains users, provides user support, and meets user requirements.
- Creates dashboards and reports; designs and customizes dashboards to make them concise and user-friendly.
- Analyzes processing issues and assesses breakdowns to develop solutions.
- Proactively monitors, identifies, documents, and resolves ongoing business issues.
- Improves systems and processes by assessing the current state and recommending alternative feasible solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system enhancements.
- Provides technical support to end-users as needed.
- Supports end user requests for saved searches, reports, dashboards, end user training, and general user access/permissions.
- Maintains user roles, permissions, dashboards, reports, and working knowledge of all subsidiary specific customizations to effectively provide end user training.
- Assists with Project Implementation Team tasks (including but not limited to) user acceptance testing, end user training, data imports, data scrubbing, work process documentation & enhancements, KPIs, dashboards, custom forms.
- Manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensures that company data is secure.
- Maintains software licenses and manages license utilization.
- Evaluates innovative technology and implements recommendations.
- Provides system enhancements, development, improvement, documentation of processes and training where appropriate.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in technical analysis, customizations, and data migration.
- Experience as a business systems analyst.
- Experience with NetSuite architecture; can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NETSUITE SOFTWARE.
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
- Proficiency in system design and architecture principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
- Familiar with the NetSuite dashboard; can provide on-going systems and technical support.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong statistical, analytical, and advanced problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- ·Broad working knowledge of application support principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer functions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to consult with different departments and multiple business disciplines.

- Office Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
- Plant Environment – This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes hard hat (when required), safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.
