About the Role:We are seeking 2025 graduates, or those who graduated within the last two years, to join our two-year Business Services Training Program in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles beginning in Summer 2025. As a Business Services Trainee, you will assist the firm's global business services departments while participating in a rotational training program. This program involves short-term assignments in different departments, offering you invaluable professional experiences, before ultimately making a permanent department selection based on your interests and the business needs of the firm. Through these rotations, you will gain insight into departmental requirements and perform diverse tasks as assigned by department managers, supervisors, and team members. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

- Completed a Bachelor's degree by the start date of the program
