Job Description
The Business Services Coordinator will assist in coordinating the daily work operations in the Post Office and Saint Card office. This individual will accurately sort incoming mail and route it to its final destination. They will also be responsible for the delivery and pick up of mail for specific departments. This individual is responsible for the scanning of all student packages received by the College's Post Office. They will assist in distributing packages at the window when volume demands.
This position is responsible for the daily reconciliation of the post office meters and cash drawer and maintaining and implementing Postal Service operations, policies and procedures. This individual is responsible for opening, closing and staffing of the Post Office on Saturday as needed.
This individual will issue new and replacement Saint Cards to students, employees and MAC members. They are responsible for processing deposits to saint cards for students and employees.
The secondary responsibility will be to provide back-up for Student Accounts operations and the Postal Mail Clerk as directed.
Salary: $ 16.30/hour*

Job Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience are required for this position, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The individual must be comfortable in handling cash and dealing with customers in a positive manner. General computer knowledge, basic accounting skills and ability to use an adding machine are required. This individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on daily office needs.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.
A background screening will be required.
