Role Overview:
As a Senior Attorney at our firm, you will lead and manage a variety of complex business and real estate transactions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic legal advice to achieve their goals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collegial environment, where your experience and insights will make a significant impact on our firm’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee business and real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and entity formation.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Conduct due diligence and review legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
Provide strategic counsel on real estate development projects and investment transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactional processes.
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in [State].
Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing business and real estate transactional law in a law firm setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice to clients.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
