About the Job
We are looking to hire a Business Program Manager to join our team. Come join the Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) Seller Experience team to create new and innovative ways to educate and motivate our global sales team! The role of the Incentive Compensation communications and Training Manager reports into Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC), in the Microsoft Commercial and Partner Solutions organization and is responsible for ensuring sellers have the information they need to understand their incentive compensation plans. You will partner with Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) colleagues, business partners, and stakeholders in human resources, finance, operations, help desk, engineering.
You will be creating detailed content for use by sellers and the functions that support them, including help desk and operations. You will develop a deep understanding of the business, operations, and incentive plan structure, and partner with stakeholders to develop support communications, training, and content for sellers on incentive compensation plans.

**Responsibilities**
Marketing
+ Develops sales manager and seller training and readiness programs, in collaboration with senior team members. Aligns programs with incentive compensation plans to launch Go-to-Market strategies. Delivers training content to sellers and internal stakeholders at scale.
+ Develops communication plans in partnership with communication teams and business stakeholders. Runs communication plans across the organization, in collaboration with senior team members. Delivers communications to sellers and internal stakeholders at scale.
+ Creates externally facing (e.g., across the organization) presentations and other digital-based content for sellers, business partners, sales leaders, and executives which tell compelling stories regarding incentive compensation plans. Ensures documents clearly communicate and explain quota implications on plan performance.
+ Authors clear and concise communications to simplify complex business and technology topics related to incentive compensation. Crafts field content and messaging to be leveraged in field channels including direct emails, newsletters, and online resources.
+ Exhibits PowerPoint skills; video editing software experience and Articulate 360 experience a plus. Maintains document libraries and permissions, updating as needed.
Program Management
+ Holds accountability for running and managing ongoing programs within their stakeholder group(s), and owns outcomes related to landing incentive compensation plans and programs with sellers. Brings work together and keeps others on track to ensure tasks are audited and completed for timely submission. Manages rhythm of the business (ROB) for landed features. Considers how to leverage existing materials and work with others to orchestrate program requirements.
Change Management
+ Develops and implements change management strategies and plans for prioritized projects that maximize employee adoption and usage of required incentive compensation changes.
+ Collaborates with the Change Management Lead to drive change management projects to completion and track the status of projects across the org for leadership's visibility.
+ Creates assets and resources to be used across the broader org to promote usage of the change management process and uses feedback to implement process improvements and changes.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in compensation, business management and operations, finance and analytics, human resources and people analytics, marketing, or sales strategy
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Exhibit the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a diverse range of personality styles across various teams and functions
+ Effective problem solver with a demonstrated ability to thrive in highly ambiguous situations.
+ Attention to detail and demonstrated project management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of relevant experience working in a matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry.
+ Positive team member with history of landing high impact in role.
+ Ability to make recommendations and decisions to move the business forward (owner mentality).

Sales Compensation IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
