Pay rate range - $25/hr. to $28/hr.
Schedule: Fully Onsite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for the RB(Refurbish) business data analysis and reporting within the Mobile Production Center.
This role will be assigned mainly to work on the CRN(Certified Re-New) account and will interact with internal teams related to the account.
This role is responsible for reviewing KPIs, and forecasts, as well as running daily account operations by reviewing data and creating reports.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
• Ensures to track weekly KPI including forecast, return volume, and production progress to update the base and report KPI to management
• Ensure to creation of weekly inventory status report to share with internal operation teams
• Ensure to set up incoming product system set up for production readiness
• Review receiving and validate receiving rejects to share guidance on inventor movement
• Operate systematic inventory checks to ensure all physical inventories are aligned with systematic data
• Ensure to the weekly analysis of production rejection and transfer back to the warehouse
• Coordinate physical inventory movement with the warehouse team
• Follow up on daily account operation duties and issues to smoothly run the operation
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
• 2-3 years of work experience related to business analysis/account management/project management area
• Advanced experience using MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. (Especially Excel skills for data analysis and reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to analyze data and present report
• Excellent communication skills
Necessary Skills/Attributes for this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:
• The ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company
• Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
• The ability to read, write, provide critical technical review and prepare reports, technical manuals, test procedures and technical product information.
• Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
• The demonstrated ability to solve problems involving highly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned things.
• Job duties require analysis and judgment of functional practices and daily experiences be used to determine appropriate courses of action.
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
• Work generally performed in an office using PC with occasional work to be present in the warehouse
• May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
• Consistently to demonstrate a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
