Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating projects and activities focused on process and performance improvement of the organization, the Business Process Expert’s responsibilities involve supporting the development of new business strategies and models, communicating to main stakeholders. Supports the successful execution of assigned improvement projects. Works with different leaders in improvement projects including improvement strategies, project planning, project design, team facilitation, project management, process design, and performance management. Challenges the process and thinking in business units to bring about change and improvement. Develops and implements metrics to establish baselines and to measure improvement or change.
The Business Process Expert also serves as a resource to the BPM team, leading minor impacting types of projects or as a member of the project team, led by the Project Managers themselves.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Participate in and support the facilitation of organizational, global, change and improvement projects.
- Collect and analyze data as part of any related type of projects.
- Apply basic core process improvement models, methodology and tools to support improvement projects and project teams.
- Engage organizational departments to complete tasks, projects and achieve goals.
- Support KPIs & Performance monitoring regularly. Analyze and propose follow up improvement actions to Supervisor and business domain.
- Develop and communicate business process requirements and process rules to IT systems analysts.
- Work on the NOVA system to support various functions such as Sales, Customer Care, and Business Process Management, providing backup and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Miscellaneous related duties or projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Working as a member of a project teams
- Continuous improvement, waste reduction and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Organizational change management methodologies
- Offshoring methodologies
- Conducting analysis and supporting IT applications
- Familiarity with IT concepts and models
- U nderstand process improvement, process mapping, problem solving and “Lean Six Sigma” methodology
- Understand statistical process analysis tools and techniques
- Use influence as a leadership process
- Facilitate meetings, projects and project teams
- Work collaboratively with other departments and individuals
- Familiar with planning and time management skills
- Possess effective communication and analytical skills
- Maintain a strategic view
- Delegate work and hold people accountable for completion

- Proficient in Office 365 tools, MS Project or other project management software applications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 2 years of industry and general experience required.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt preferred.
