Business Process Analyst

• Provide guidance on the functional procedures/processes reflecting detailed knowledge of operational areas. Conduct in-depth research in support of studies and analyses.
• Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing service management and delivery performance measurements.
• Development of business plans, policies and procedural documentation and other deliverables in compliance with executive decisions.
• Evaluate and refine knowledge learned and formulate official operational and/or technical documented procedures for each function/process performed in each branch/program office.
• Coordinate with branch managers/program offices on the standardization of processes, procedures, and workflow in accordance with directives or associated industry Best Practices.
• Collect and organize work process information, and recommend standardized processes and identify requirements for developing user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, reviews, plans, processes and reports.
• Develop, or evaluate, edit, and update work process descriptions, system specifications, user's manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and/or documents.
• Organize materials and finish assignments in accordance with specified style, pattern, terminology, clarity and/or order.
• Prepare documents or communications pertaining to systems, processes, procedures, and/or services to stakeholders and/or service customers.
• Edit, review and finalize reports; plan meeting summaries, briefings and other documents.
• Program administrative support to include developing, drafting, and editing reports, briefings, proposals, plans, and other documents.
