Sabot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to our business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of process management, documentation, and the practical application of methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across various departments to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to measure process performance, identify trends, and forecast potential impacts of process changes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process improvements, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in process improvement and management.
Must Have:
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Sparx, Bizagi).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of how business processes integrate with these systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business process analysis/improvement role.
