Client - Major Financial Firm
Role - Business Process Analyst
Rate - $53.33/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $80.00/HR)
Duration - 6 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Long Island City Queens NYC (5-10 minutes away from Midtown NYC)
Job Description: Work with Program Leads and SMEs across identified prioritized areas of Core Capabilities to create comprehensive functional business process models for applicable reports and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture following key parameters across business process flow as part of standardization process but not limited to
o EUC and System Identification
o EUC Governance/Controls
o Controls (Manual/ Automated)
o Activities (Manual / automated)
• Review feedback, confirm controls & process activities with SME and Program Leads and make appropriate modification to the process flow
Qualifications:
• Analyze existing work stream process and other documentation
• Conduct process information gathering meetings with members of the Work stream including business and technology
• Create & Manage process documentation using IBM Blueworks, a process modeling tool
• Familiarity with Retail Consumer Credit business a plus
• Attention to details and ability to understand and utilize proper process governance framework
