Business Operations Summer Internship - Tolleson Wealth Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in various Business Operations projects including
  • Software selection, implementation and maintenance
  • Data analysis, organization and configuration
  • Business process improvement
• Troubleshoot and assist with software related help requests within the organization
• Participate in team/project meetings; take/distribute notes; and follow up on open items

Minimum Position Requirements:

• Rising Junior or Senior college student with a graduation date of May 2026 or May 2027
• Currently enrolled in an accredited program in business, technology or applicable engineering undergraduate program
• Minimum of 3.2 GPA (overall) preferred
• Analytical/process-oriented personality
• Strong interest in process improvement and analysis
• Strong interest in software/applications
• Strong interest in problem solving
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently
• Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
