About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in various Business Operations projects including
- Software selection, implementation and maintenance
- Data analysis, organization and configuration
- Business process improvement
- Troubleshoot and assist with software related help requests within the organization
- Participate in team/project meetings; take/distribute notes; and follow up on open items
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Rising Junior or Senior college student with a graduation date of May 2026 or May 2027
- Currently enrolled in an accredited program in business, technology or applicable engineering undergraduate program
- Minimum of 3.2 GPA (overall) preferred
- Analytical/process-oriented personality
- Strong interest in process improvement and analysis
- Strong interest in software/applications
- Strong interest in problem solving
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
