As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Business Plan
- Annual business planning (P&L and Balance Sheets)
- Quarterly Forecast of P&L and BS
- Monthly performance analysis of business units
- Control budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for headquarters, summarizing key business metrics and performance indicators
- Respond to HQ’s ad hoc requests (inventory and AR aging, etc.)
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and compile relevant data for reporting purposes
- Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with HR to gather and verify payroll data
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business major concentrating on accounting and MIS)
- 2~3 years of experience in business planning and forecast
- Must possess a good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Need to write business analysis report in both Korean and English
- Prior experience in payroll processing and compliance preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
