Responsibilities:Recognized industry specialist with technical insight into multiple fields and engineering disciplines. Serves as consultant to the business unit in long-range planning concerning new or projected areas of technological research and advancements.
- Has day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the direction of a Program Director.
- Develops program financial plans and provides strategic guidance to Program Director and Management Team.
- Manages internal business processes across functional departments.
- Acts as Control Account Manager for multiple accounts across the Program Management Office and 4 Engineering Branches. Serves as primary interface to corporate Finance.
- Manages customer invoices and participates in customer terms and conditions negotiations and closure of aged receivables.
- Prepares and updates operating plans; coordinates with branch managers, and corporate AP/AR/contracting functions as required.
- Leads proposals for new work; coordinates quotation follow-up activities with customers and branch managers. Reconciles purchase orders with quotes, including payment terms, delivery schedule, etc.
- Supports the Program Director, as requested, with daily business operations to include personnel issues, facility requirements, computer, software and equipment needs.
- Provides administrative support to personnel in conjunction with the shared services team.
- Manages subcontract with large engineering services supplier, reviewing and approving expenditure plans, invoices, and initiates Purchase Requisitions as required for contract modifications needed for funding and contract value changes.
- Fills role as Arcfield Site Ambassador for Brook Park Ohio facility.
- BS 16-18, MS 14+, PhD 10+
- US Citizenship Required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
- Familiarity with Launch Vehicle Mission Integration & Analysis strongly desired
- Bachelor of Science, Engineering plus Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
