What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end process for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

• Support the teams cultural and brand initiatives including award recognitions and all hands meetings

• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve processes

What you need to succeed

• 3-5 years of business operations, project management, or strategy experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel/ PowerPoint

• Detailed-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities

• Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize competing demands

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
