Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Excel (Pivot table, Data mining), Power point, Data visualization .
• 3 years of business and operations experience, process Planning, Excel- Advance, PowerPoint-Advance, strong note taking skills .
• Must have 3 years of business and operations experience.
• Documents - prepare documents, handouts, or presentations for meetings.
• Procedures - develop and implement administrative procedures.
• They may also document protocols and processes related to team calendars.
• Administrative Support - coordinates various project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across different teams.
• Calendars - manage calendars, including team calendars.
• They may review calendars weekly and follow up with team members on any concerns.
• They may also document protocols and processes related to calendars.
• Communications - Facilitating communication between different stakeholders within the program, including team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
