Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Business Operations Analyst 3 to bring onto the team.
The Opportunity
As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies that directly impact our enterprise Digital Media quote to contract operations.
What you'll Do
Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to ***'s Enterprise offerings
Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes
What you need to succeed
Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
