Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Review upcoming visits to ensure the accuracy of information across the medical record prior to arrival
• Documents inaccuracies and reports out to the Business Office Manager
• Contact patients prior to arrival to confirm accurate demographics and insurance information
• Collects any patient responsibility due for the visit prior to arrival
• Answers incoming calls with a team assigned to the phone queue
• Communicate with Dr. offices as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the Business Office manager

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED required
