Business Office Manager
Long Term Care Facility
Are you a dynamic professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for supporting quality care? The Health Center at Galloway, a premier long-term care facility, is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our dedicated team.
Must have a
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business office, including billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
- Manage admission agreements, resident trust accounts, and financial inquiries.
- Lead, mentor, and support office staff to maintain a cohesive and productive team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Requirments
- Long term care experience
- Experience with the Medecaid process, and recertification
- Experience with social secrity
