As the Business Office Manager, you’re responsible for several different tasks relating to Human Resources and other departments, including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable, and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour.

What you can expect to do as a Business Officer Manager for Arbor Village:

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Maintain accurate records for employee payroll
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Oversee resident and employee files
• Process accounts receivable and payable within the Yardi system.
• Work with sales and marketing to make sure everything is for an upcoming tour
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

$30.00 to $35.00/ Hour 

*Depending on Experience
