About the Job
The Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center located in Cleveland, OH is currently seeking a Business Office Manger/Human Resources Manager/Payroll Coordinator.
The Business Office Manager/Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall function of the Human Resources department and Business Office for the company, including: responsible for overseeing all functions of the Business Office, specifically A/P, A/R, and resident financial information, and the accurate reporting of the same to corporate personnel.
Coordinating and managing business office functions, including, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service
Ensure timely and accurate submission of billings to appropriate reimbursement agencies and private payers.
Set up and maintain financial files for residents: billing, admission papers, state and Medicare reimbursement documents; coordinate and collect accounts receivable and past-due accounts
Complete receipt records, post deposits, run cash receipts batch listings, research/prepare/post adjustments, call in deposits and enter census,
Administer and reconcile resident trust accounts and petty cash
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.Human Resources Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Disciplinary Policy and Procedure Administration, Training, and Salary and Wage Administration, Compliance and Employee Benefits.
Payroll Coordination involves reviewing the bi-weekly payroll report for accuracy and communicating with corporate payroll team.
Requirements:
- Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
- Medicaid experience
- Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
