Now hiring a Business Office Manager!
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Facaility Business Office Manager to oversee collections, billing and assisting residents in the Medical Assistance Application process.
Qualifications of the Business office Manager:
- Experience in Long Term Care billing and collections
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance policies
Responsibilities of the Business Office Manager include but not limited to:
- Prepare and file Medical Assistance Applications for residents
- Assures accurate data entry of client information, record and send out census daily
- Identify and process accounts that are aging and work closely with Corporate for collections
- Communicate with residents and their families regarding their bills (interpersonal, emails, mailing statements, etc.)
- Process Medicaid enrollments and re-certifications
- Support the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor resident funds for appropriateness
- Record deposits
- Keep proper and accurate records, as well as, analyze data and implement solutions.
- Prepare classified reports as directed and maintain a confidential atmosphere.
