Compensation:  $40000 - $60000 dependant upon experience level, plus monthly bonus

Riverview Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full time Business Office Manager in the Greater Portland Maine area.

Requirements:

• High school graduate, Bachelors degree preferred.
• Two or more years of patient account management experience in either a hospital or physician practice setting.
• Basic accounting skills are required.
• Must have good management, communication, accounting, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to travel between clinic locations as needed.
• Strong Adaptability, Capability, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Cooperation and initiative, Job knowledge, Organization, Quality of work, and Reliability.

Job Duties:

• Overall management of Business Office.
• Assist with hiring, training and cross training of all Business Office personnel.
• Ensure that the clinic is staffed in the business office for all hours of operation.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to adapt to clinic needs.
• Maintain and ensure proper retention of all correspondence and administrative files.
• Ensure proper maintenance and retention of clinical records and assist in ensuring the completeness of the clinical records.
• Ensure positive public relations when dealing w/patients, referral sources, payors, and fellow employees.
• Assists with the compilation of statistical reports for the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
