Job Highlights:
AP - processing invoices per policy and procedure; preparing check runs forcorporate review and approval; scanning and filing invoices electronically;projects as needed
AR– prior experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurancepreferably in a billing capacity to assist the Business Office Manager and ARAssistant in daily/monthly duties.
Desired Skill:
Knowledgeof generally accepted accounting principles
Ableto prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Ableto interact professionally with patients and staff
Musthave extensive knowledge of excel and word
Musthave working knowledge of all office equipment

Human Resources/ Accounts Payable Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- HR experience and at least 1 year in accounts payable preferred
- Familiarity with HR and accounting software is advantageous.
-Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, seamlessly transitioningbetween HR and AP responsibilities.
