Business Office Assistant Full-time M- F - Van Duyn Center for Rehab & Nursing

Van Duyn Center is hiring a Business Office Assistant!

Van Duyn Center is seeking an energetic, customer service oriented individual to serve as an Assistant in our Business Office.

Responsibilities:

• General office duties such as filing, data input, processing paperwork, and assisting with health insurance applications
• Process Medicaid enrollments and recertifications.
• Keep proper and accurate records, as well as, analyze data and implement solutions
• Communicate with residents and their families regarding their bills (interpersonal, emails, mailing statements, etc.)
• Prepare classified reports as directed and maintain a confidential atmosphere.

Requirements:

• High School diploma Required
• Associates Degree in Business administration, accounting or equivalent preferred 
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in long term care and knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance programs is preferred.
• Must be a team player.

Pay rate : $ 15-$18 per hour
