Business Management Senior Accountant - Regal Executive Search

We are a small business management firm based in Santa Monica, CA. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising junior staff and preparation of Financial Statements. Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and be proficient in QuickBooks and/or Datafaction, with 3-4 years experience. Ideal candidate is someone looking to gain a lot of experience and grow with the firm.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  
• 
  Communication with clients
  
• 
  Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  
• 
  Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  
• 
  Preparation special analytical reports
  
• 
  Prepare data for tax return input
  
  ?Qualifications:
  

• 
  Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  
• 
  Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  
• 
  Experience with QuickBooks and/or Datafaction
  
• 
  Skilled in Excel
  
• 
  Detail and deadline-oriented
  
• 
  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
