We are looking for a new Business Management Associate to join our team! As a Business Management Associate with Faye Innovations, you will learn everything from effective sales and customer service strategies, account management methods, and client relations skills to profit and loss statements, team management, and leadership principles. By providing mentorship from senior management and executives, we hope to provide our next team members with the tools they need for a successful career at Faye Innovations and beyond.
Responsibilities of a Business Management Associate:
- Management of new and existing accounts; promptly answering queries from existing customers as well as handling all inquiries from potential customers in the process of acquisition
- Facilitate communication between customers, clients, and Faye Innovations to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction for all parties involved
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by clients and Faye Innovations to maintain integrity and customer satisfaction for both parties
- Contribute to the planning and execution of management responsibilities, ensuring employee satisfaction as well as company profitability
- Assist in the teaching/training of all the above responsibilities for junior Business Management Associates coming on board
