This is a full-time opportunity for a Business Litigation Paralegal. The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.
Qualitifications:
Ability to manage litigation cases from intake to trial, or a settlement
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
eDiscovery managment of various documents and records
Proven ability to assist with the preparation of depositions, mediations, and trials
Communication with corporate clients, attorneys, and courts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 50,000.00 85,000.00 Per Year
