Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business litigation, with a particular emphasis on real property and/or employment disputes.
4. Proven track record of effectively representing clients in complex business litigation matters.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
9. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
